Abstract:
Provided are: a pigment dispersion composition which exhibits favorable pigment dispersion properties and storage stability; and a photosensitive coloring composition from which a resin cured film which exhibits excellent developability, heat resistance, solvent resistance and pattern adhesion can be obtained. A pigment dispersion composition according to the present invention contains a binder resin (A-1) comprising a resin (A-1a) or a resin (A-1b), a pigment (B), a polymeric dispersant (C) and a solvent (D-1). The resin (A-1a) is obtained by adding an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound (m-4), which has a group exhibiting carboxy group reactivity, to some of the carboxy groups of a copolymer (P) of a monomer (M) which contains: a polymerizable monomer (m-1) comprising a polymerizable monomer (m-1a) which has a crosslinked cyclic hydrocarbon group or a polymerizable monomer (m-1b) represented by formula (1); an acrylic acid (m-2); and an aromatic ring-containing polymerizable monomer (m-3).
