Provided are: a pigment dispersion containing a pigment, a polymer dispersant, and water; and an inkjet ink containing the pigment dispersion. The pigment contains a compound represented by general formula (2) described in the specification, a tautomer thereof, or a salt of the compound or tautomer. The polymer dispersant contains a polymer compound which has a repeating unit represented by general formula (2-1) described in the specification and a repeating unit represented by general formula (2-2), and in which at least one end of the main chain thereof has a structure represented by general formula (3) below. In general formula (3), L represents a linking group, R4 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, and * represents a bond.
