Abstract:
Provided are: a pigment dispersion that has excellent viscosity stability over time; a resin composition using the pigment dispersion liquid; a transfer material and a substrate that use the resin composition; a touch panel comprising the substrate; and an information display device comprising the touch panel. The pigment dispersion liquid comprises: a pigment as a component A; a pigment dispersant as a component B; a silicone compound as a component C, said silicone compound having the structure represented by formula C-1; and an organic solvent as a component D. In formula C-1, Rc1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group, Y represents a hydroxyl group or the group represented by formula C-2, and k represents an integer of 1 or more. In formula C-2, Rc2 represents a divalent organic group and Rc3 represents a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group. Formula C-2: -Rc2-Rc3.
