Abstract:
Disclosed is a pile casting torque multiplier (1), wherein an upper connecting plate (2) is connected to a power head box (21); the upper connecting board (2) is connected to a planetary gear shaft connecting ring (3); a planetary gear shaft (4) is fixed to the planetary gear shaft connecting ring (3); a bearing (15) and a planetary gear (6) are installed on the planetary gear shaft (4), wherein the planetary gear (6) cooperates with an outer gear or gear shaft (5) and an inner gear or gear shaft (10); the outer gear or gear shaft (5) is installed on an outer sleeve (7); a pile casting connecting plate (8) and a lower multiplier platen (18) are disposed under the outer sleeve (7) and a slewing bearing (12) is installed in the outer sleeve (7); the outer sleeve (7) is connected to an inner sleeve (11) via the slewing bearing (12); the inner gear or gear shaft (10) is installed in the inner sleeve (11) or on a drill rod (20); and a lower power head platen (16) is installed on the inner sleeve (11), with a retainer (9) and a latching shaft or a latching plate (17) installed on the lower power head platen (16), and the lower power head platen (16) is connected to an inner connecting ring (19). The pile casting torque multiplier increases the torque, slows the rotational speed and can be used with a pile casting of a rotary drilling rig for deep hole operations.
