Abstract:
The present invention does not require a slime removal process because there is little slime generated during excavation, and requires only a small amount of grouting material during the excavation because a grouting solution is mixed with soil, so that the pile construction time and cost can be saved. Further, the present invention inserts a steel pipe, a PHC pile, or the like into a gel state of material, in which soil and a grouting solution are mixed with each other, so as to form a foundation that can be used as a foundation of a tall building or an important structure. In addition, the present invention allows the position where a pile is to be constructed to be in a gel state by simultaneously spraying a grouting solution while excavating the ground so that the pile can be easily inserted by its weight, thereby significantly reducing the construction step of the pile and thus saving the pile construction time and cost.
