Provided is a piling foundation structure that is easy to construct, thereby reducing construction costs and shortening construction time, and for which absorption of pile construction errors is easy. A piling 3 is joined to the foundation of an upper structure via a metal joint 2. The metal joint 2 has piling-side hardware 6 that joins with a piling head, foundation-side hardware 7 that directly joins with the foundation, and position adjustment hardware 8 that is interposed between the piling-side hardware and the foundation-side hardware. The piling-side hardware 6 is joined to the piling head by way of a pair of halved members 6d that have, fixed to the upper portion thereof, a horizontal plate 6c having a first joint bolt 6e for joining the position adjustment hardware. The position adjustment hardware 8 has: two y-axis direction first elongated holes 8b that are in a plate body 8a and into which two first joint bolts 6e are inserted; and two second joint bolts 8c for joining the foundation-side hardware. The foundation-side hardware 7 has: two x-axis direction second elongated holes 7b that are in a plate body 7a and into which the two second joint bolts 8c are inserted; and a rib 7c for aligning with respect to the foundation.
