Abstract:
A piling machine with high-pressure jet spiral bit and its piling method. It includes a
moving system (3), an underpan (2), a pile frame (1), a power system (4), a drill pipe
(5), a drill bit (8) and a high-pressure concrete casting system. The drill bit
(8) is located on the head part of drill pipe (5). The leaf helixes at the mid part
of the drill bit (8) are leaf helixes (9) with same diameter. The. diameters of
the upper leaf helixes (10) and the lower leaf helixes (11) are gradually decreased. So,
the top-shaped drill bit (8) with upper and lower two tines is formed. The high-pressure spiral
jet system (6) is installed in the drill bit (8). There are several high-pressure spiral
jet spouts on the drill bit. In the stratum with fine sand and serious liquefaction, and
hole-forming of breast wall is difficult, the jet flow of high pressure spiral jet
system of the upper end of the spiral bit is used for cutting soil-block reverse hole-forming,
hole-forming from the bottom to top, The lower end of drill bit is piled by the synchronous
casting method. By use of the drill bit high-pressure jet system, the cement slurry
is sprayed to peripheral soil of pile forming the concrete pile or combined pile
that combines with the core pile formed by casting concrete. A sleeve is not used
in the hole-forming. The power and cost are decreased. It is suitable for super
bearing capacity pile with big caliber and pipeline construction of non-excavate.
