Abstract:
Disclosed are a pillow and a pillow core. The pillow core comprises an upper core body (10), wherein several irregularly shaped holes (11) are provided in the upper core body (10); the upper core body (10) is provided with a neck support area (101) and a head support area (102), respectively; and the sectional opening area of each of the irregularly shaped holes (11) in the neck support area (101) is less than the sectional opening area of each of the irregularly shaped holes (11) in the head support area (102). By means of such a design, the neck and head of a user can experience corresponding suitable amounts of support. In addition, by incorporating and using the irregularly shaped holes (11), the relatively inflexible force extension of circular hole positions is changed, and a stretching force of the upper core body is stretched in all directions, such that force extension, force interaction and force consumption can all be maximal, thereby effectively preventing strains and aches from occurring on parts of the user, such as the neck and the head, after use.
