Abstract:

A pillow height adjustment method and adjustment apparatus, and a computer device and a storage medium. The adjustment method comprises: acquiring image data corresponding to a user by means of a photographic assembly (S200); determining the current sleeping posture of the user according to the image data (S300); according to the current sleeping posture of the user and the previous sleeping posture of the user that is detected during the previous adjustment period, determining an adjustment height of a pillow (S400); and adjusting an airbag according to the adjustment height, so as to adjust the pillow (S500). The current sleeping posture of a user and pre-entered data of the user are determined according to image data, the due height of a pillow in the current sleeping posture is determined, and in combination with a previously measured pillow height corresponding to the sleeping posture of a user of the pillow, it is determined that the height of the pillow should be adjusted, and then corresponding adjustment is carried out. By means of the method, the height of a pillow can be adjusted according to different sleeping postures of a user, so as to adapt to the support requirements of the head or neck of the user.
