Abstract:
A pillow insert and a pillow comprising the pillow insert. The pillow insert comprises a pillow insert body (1), which is at least provided thereon with one adjustment rope (2); a connecting end of the adjustment rope (2) is located outside of an upper side surface of the pillow insert body (1); an adjustment end of the adjustment rope (2) penetrates the pillow insert body (1) and extends out of a lower side surface of the pillow insert body (1); when the adjustment end is pulled, the connecting end of the adjustment rope (2) at least drives a part of the upper side surface of the pillow insert body (1) to approach the lower side surface and form a recess; a lower side of the pillow insert body (1) is provided with a buckle (3) cooperating with the adjustment rope (2), the buckle (3) being used to fix the depth of the upper recess. By means of providing the adjustment rope (2), the present pillow insert adjusts a part of the upper side surface of the pillow insert body (1) to approach the lower side surface and form a recess. The depth of the recess may further be adjusted according to needs by means of the adjustment rope (2) and the buckle (3), and the pillow insert has a simple structure, is convenient to adjust, and is low cost.
