Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pillow made suitable for a user lying sideways by taking into account the shape of the user's face. A pillow according to an embodiment is a pillow (1) comprising a box-shaped panel (10) including a rectangular outer material (11) extending in both a first direction (D1) and a second direction (D2) intersecting with the first direction (D1), wherein the panel (10) includes first parts (P1) respectively located at opposite ends thereof in the first direction (D1) and second parts (P2) provided in the first parts (P1) and located at corners (10b) of the panel (10), and the second parts (P2) have container spaces (K) containing height adjusting members that make the second parts (P2) higher than the first parts (P1).
