Abstract:
The present invention provides a pilot-operated pressure reducing valve, comprising: a valve body (10) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (13) provided on one side thereof and the other side thereof, respectively, and a discharge hole (15) provided on the lower side thereof; a valve cover (20) coupled to the upper side of the valve body (10); a valve actuator including a pressure plate (34) and a rod (36) and mounted inside the valve body (10); a pilot valve (40) installed on the upper side of the valve cover (20); and a relief valve (50) provided in the discharge hole (15) of the valve body (10), wherein the area (S1) of the lower surface of the pressure plate (34) on which fluid on the outlet side of the valve body (10) acts is formed to be larger than the area (S2) of the upper surface of the pressure plate (34) on which the fluid supplied through the pilot valve (40) acts, and a pressure reducing portion having an inclination angle of a certain angle is formed on the upper side of a pilot discharge path (360) formed on the central axis of the rod (36) so that the width gradually narrows downward.
