Abstract:
A pin-free hinge, comprising a door frame leaf (A) and a door leaf (B). Multiple hollow hinge cylinders (1, 2) are formed at side surfaces of the door leaf (B) and the door frame leaf (A), and the hollow hinge cylinder (2) of the door leaf (B) is set between the hollow hinge cylinders (1) of the door frame leaf (A). Among the hollow hinge cylinder (2) of the door leaf (B) and the hollow hinge cylinders (1) of the door frame leaf (A), one pair of adjacent hollow hinge cylinders (1, 2) is provided with a planar ball bearing (5) therebetween. The planar ball bearing (5) comprises a pair of races (51) and multiple spherical balls (52). Annular recesses (a) having a semi-circular cross section are provided in the races (51). The two races (51) are joined oppositely, and the two annular recesses (a) form a channel having a circular cross section. The multiple spherical balls (52) are disposed in the channel, and match a wall of the channel. The races (51) rotate on the spherical balls (52), and are limited by the spherical balls (52). The hinge of the present invention has superior stability, endurance, and load-carrying capacity, and improves smoothness during use to enable an easy open or close operation.
