Abstract:
A pin shaft feeder comprising: a pin shaft feeding body (1), two grooves (1-1 and 1-2) being provided on either side of the pin shaft feeding body (1); pin shaft push plates (2) provided respectively behind the grooves (1-1 and 1-2) and driven by a cylinder (2-1) to move back and forth; a pin shaft blanking die (3), the pin shaft blanking die (3) being trapezoidal, two tracks (3-1 and 3-2) connected to the grooves (1-1 and 1-2) being provided at the edges of either inclined edge of the trapezoid; blanking pipes (4-1 and 4-2) provided on the grooves (1-1 and 1-2) at the extremity adjacent to the pin shaft push plates (2); and vertical through holes (5-1 and 5-2) provided at the other extremity of the tracks (3-1 and 3-2). Also provided is a method for using the pin shaft feeder. The pin shaft feeder and the use method therefor implement fully automated production for chain processing, are easy to operate and convenient, save a large amount of labor, and also increase production efficiency.
