Abstract:
Pinch roller device of cutting machine for transparent film is simple in operation and
has lowered manufacture cost and maintenance cost for the customer, which includes
cylinder tail-seat support axis, cylinder forked-head support axis and pinch
roller device. Said pinch roller device includes two cylinders and one rubber
pinch roller. One end of said cylinder is connected with the cylinder tail-seat
connected with the cylinder tail-seat support axis, and the other end is connected
with the cylinder forked-head. The other end of the cylinder forked-head is connected
with the rubber pinch roller pendulum bob rod by the linker and fixed in the cylinder
forked-head support axis. Two ends of the rubber pinch roller are connected with
two-rubber pinch roller pendulum bob rods, respectively. Compared with available
technology, said pinch roller device has the features of simple structure, simple
operation.
