Abstract:
Provided are a Pinctada martensii fucata Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor gene, a protein encoded thereby, and the use thereof in the preparation of a drug for inhibiting microorganisms. The nucleotide sequence of the Pinctada martensii fucata Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor gene is as shown in SEQ ID No.1, and the amino acid sequence of the protein encoded thereby is as shown in SEQ ID No.2. The protein encoded by the Pinctada martensii fucata Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor gene has an inhibiting effect on Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and Vibrio harveyi.
