Abstract:

A welding method for a pipe base 10 wherein the pipe base 10 is welded to a parent material 1, said welding method being equipped with: a molding step in which a molded part which is the subject of a first inspection is formed protruding from the surface of the parent material 1; a base processing step S4 in which the molded part is processed to form a base 5 of the pipe base 10; and a base material welding step S6 in which the base 5 and a pipe-base base material 22 serving as the base material of the pipe base 10 are welded to form a pipe base welded part 15 which is the subject of a second inspection. The molded part has inspection surfaces that undergo the first inspection, and the inspection surfaces include a flat surface parallel to an orthogonal surface orthogonal to the protruding direction in which the molded part protrudes from the surface of the parent material.
