Abstract:
A pipe bending machine for pipe fitting machining for vehicle manufacturing comprising a housing (1), a helical lifting device (2), and a rotating plate (3). The helical lifting device is mounted in the housing. The helical lifting device comprises a lead screw (201). A stepped bending die (4) is rotatably connected to a top end of the lead screw. The rotating plate comprises a rotating die (9) and a fixed frame (10). The rotating die comprises a polygonal plate (901) and a holding die (902). The stepped bending die comprises a stepped column (5) and a transmission cylinder (6). Multiple annular recesses (502) having different diameters are separately axially provided on a peripheral side surface of the stepped column. A use method for the pipe bending machine comprises: the helical lifting device driving the stepped bending die to move vertically, rotating the rotating die with reference to the fixed frame, holding a pipe fitting firmly by means of the holding die and the annular recess matching the pipe fitting, and bending the pipe fitting by means of the stepped bending die and the rotating plate rotating with the lead screw as the center of rotation. This process improves the replacement efficiency of the stepped bending die and the holding die, reduces working stress of workers, and improves the productivity of the pipe bending machine.
