Abstract:
Provided are: a pipe-bending mould unit with which bending of a pipe can be suitably performed without worrying about the formation of creases; and a pipe-bending device which is provided with said unit, and with which set-up changes can be easily performed. A bending mould (100) is provided with a gripping member (10) and a counter-pressure member (20). The gripping member is provided with: a first groove (11) having a semicircular cross section; and a fitting recess (12) which extends a first prescribed distance in the circumferential direction in a plane orthogonal to the rotational axis (A). A fitting protrusion (22) of the counter-pressure member is fitted to the fitting recess to form a pipe-reception groove having a semicircular cross section. The counter-pressure member and the gripping member are linked by a hinge coupling having the rotational axis at the centre thereof, and rotate relatively. The fitting recess is provided with a widening end-surface region, i.e. a prescribed-distance region which extends outwards in the radial direction from the rotational axis, and which includes at least outer ends in the radial direction, said widening end-surface region being formed such that the interval between both facing end surfaces increases.
