Abstract:

Disclosed are a pipe collecting box (1, 2) and a heat exchanger (100). The heat exchanger (100) comprises the pipe collecting box (1, 2) and a flat pipe (30). The pipe collecting box (1, 2) comprises a cover plate (11, 21) and a bottom plate (10, 20). The cover plate (11, 21) is provided with a groove (111, 211) extending in the lengthwise direction of the cover plate (11, 21). The groove (111, 211) comprises an opening portion (111a, 211a). The bottom plate (10, 20) is provided with an opening hole (1010, 201) in which the flat pipe (30) is inserted; the opening hole (1010, 201) runs through upper and lower surfaces of the bottom plate (10, 20); the opening hole (1010, 201) comprises a first opening (1010a) close to the cover plate (11, 21), and a second opening (1010b) away from the cover plate (11, 21); the cross-sectional area of the first opening (1010a) is greater than the cross-sectional area of the second opening (1010b); and the opening portion (111a, 211a) of the groove (111, 211) is arranged facing the bottom plate (10, 20).
