Abstract:
A pipe connection structure which achieves excellent air tightness, waterproofness and vibration resistance while having fewer components and involving fewer man-hours is provided. A pipe connection unit 100A is provided with a first pipe body 1 and a second pipe body 2. The second pipe body 2 has a flange 3 which is provided at the open end 1A of the first pipe body 1 and is formed integrally with the first pipe body 1, and a pipe portion 4 which stands erect from the peripheral edge of the flange 3, wherein the inner diameter of the pipe portion 4 is formed greater than the inner diameter of the first pipe body 1. In the middle of the upper surface, a seal cap 6 has a pipe insertion hole 6A into which a pipe 10A is inserted. The seal cap 6 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the pipe portion 4 from the top end 4A of the pipe portion 4 of the second pipe body 2. A seal ring 5 is fitted into the annular space surrounded by the seal cap 6, the second pipe body 2, and the pipe 10A inserted into the pipe insertion opening 6A in the seal cap 6.
