Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pipe connector, and more particularly, to a pipe connector capable of being connected to the pipe of a water supply hose through screw coupling. According to the present invention, particularly, the pipe connector is screw-coupled to a pipe (10) having a screw thread on the outer surface thereof and includes: a body (100a) having a passage (100a) connected to the passage of the pipe (10); an insert (110) inserted into the passage (100a) of the body (100) so that the insert is disposed between the body (100) and the pipe (10), wherein the insert is formed of a material different from that of the body (100) and has a hollow portion (110a) so that the pipe (10) is inserted into the hollow portion and screw-coupled to the body; and an O-ring (120) disposed between the insert (110) and the body (100). A first O-ring hook(100b) on which the O-ring (120) is hooked in the inserted direction (arrow A) of the inset (110) is disposed in the passage (100a) of the body. A second O-ring hook (110b) is disposed to allow one end of the insert (110) to pass through the O-ring (120), and the O-ring (120) is hooked on the second O-ring hook (110b) in the direction opposite to the hook on one side of the body (100).
