Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pipe connector and, particularly, to a pipe connector, which firmly supports a pipe made from a synthetic resin material and inserted into the connector, and enables the pipe to be easily separated without great effort when the pipe is separated from the connector. The present invention provides the pipe connector comprising: a connection body including a first connection pipe, which is formed to be hollow in a cylinder shape, and a pair of second connection pipes, which are formed to be hollow in a cylinder shape, respectively extend from both longitudinal end portions of the first connection pipe, have inner diameters formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the first connection pipe, and have bent pieces made from an elastic material and formed to be bent along the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface thereof adjacent to the first connection pipe; and a connection releasing member, which is formed to be hollow in a cylinder shape, and fitted into the second connection pipe so as to be linearly movable in the longitudinal direction of the second connection pipe, wherein one end portion of the bent piece is embedded in the second connection pipe, the other end portion of the bent piece is provided in a shape of being downwardly inclined toward the first connection pipe, so as to elastically support the pipe inserted through the connection releasing member, and when the connection releasing member inserted into the second connection pipe is pressed toward the first connection pipe, the inner end portion, which is adjacent to the first connection pipe, of the connection releasing member presses the other end portion of the bent piece for elastically supporting the pipe, thereby releasing a contact state with the pipe.
