Abstract:

This support device (14) is provided with: a plurality of frame plates (22) having formed therein first passage holes (21) through which the intermediate portion of a cylindrically rolled belt body (13) is passed in the axial direction of the belt body (13), the frame plates (22) being arranged at a distance from each other in the axial direction; brackets (23) respectively mounted to the plurality of frame plates; and shape retention means (24) provided to the brackets and in contact with the intermediate section to cylindrically retain the intermediate portion. The frame plates and the brackets each have formed therein a plurality of insertion holes (22a, 23c) which are in communication with each other and through which bolts (26) are passed. The frame plates are provided with reinforcement plates (28) having formed therein second passage holes (28a) which are in communication with the first passage holes and through which the intermediate portion is passed in the axial direction. The reinforcement plates have formed therein: side holes (28b) which cause the second passage hole to open in the radial direction and through which the intermediate portion can pass in the radial direction; and mounting holes (28c) in communication with the insertion holes in the frame plates and with the insertion holes in the brackets.
