Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pipe cover of a ship pipe, which is installed on the outer side of a ship pipe where high-temperature or low-temperature fluid used in a ship flows. More specifically, sawtooth-like bent parts are formed to be inserted and hooked into both ends of the outer skin of the pipe cover, which is configured in such a manner that an insulating material is installed on the inner circumferential surface of the outer skin formed of a metal plate. Thereby, when putting the pipe cover on the outside of the ship pipe (hereinafter referred to as "pipe"), the pipe cover is put in a state where inside and outside sawtooth-like bent parts are primarily hooked and, accordingly, the pipe cover smoothly comes into close contact with the outside of the pipe; it is easy to install the pipe cover at the outside of the pipe; and as the inside and outside sawtooth-like bent parts overlap after the installation of the pipe cover is completed, it is possible to prevent moisture such as rainwater from infiltrating into the pipe. The present invention relates to a pipe cover of a ship pipe, in which a pipe cover (10) is installed to surround the outside of a pipe (30) installed on the inside of a ship, the pipe cover being formed in such a manner that an insulating material (20) is attached to the inner surface of an outer cover plate (15). The outer cover plate (15) has a reinforcement bent part (11) formed on the front end of one side thereof, wherein several inner sawtooth-like bent parts (12) are formed at the rear side of the reinforcement bent part (11), and has several outer sawtooth-like bent parts (14) formed on the end of the other side to be hooked into the inside of the inner sawtooth-like bent parts (12) when the pipe cover (10) is rolled up in a circular manner. The insulating material (20) is attached to the inner surface of the rear side of the outer cover plate (15) except for the inner sawtooth-like bent parts (12) and the reinforcement bent part (11) overlapping with the outsides of the outside sawtooth-like bent parts (14). Several corrugated parts (13) are formed on the outer cover plate (15) between the inner sawtooth-like bent parts (12) and the outer sawtooth-like bent parts (14).
