Abstract:
A pipe crimping device, comprising a hydraulic jack and a pipe crimping assembly; the hydraulic jack is provided with a power output piston rod (1) and a power output hydraulic cylinder block (2), a flat-laid bearing plate (3) is fixed on a housing of the power output hydraulic cylinder block; the pipe crimping assembly comprises a vertical positioning support outer frame (4), and two or more arc-shaped pressing modules (a) which are arranged inside the positioning support outer frame and spaced apart in a circumferential array, all the arc-shaped pressing modules enclose to form a crimping space (k) into which a pipe is inserted, all the arc-shaped pressing modules are mounted to an inner movable elastic extending and contracting enclosing frame (b) inside the positioning support outer frame; a driving plate (q) capable of moving up and down and driving the inner movable extending and contracting enclosing frame to extend and contract is arranged inside the positioning support outer frame, and a driving surface (q0) for abutting the upper end of the power output piston rod is formed at the lower side of the driving plate. The pipe crimping device is convenient to carry and simple and easy to operate, and has a better crimping effect.
