Abstract:
A pipe cutting production line and production method. The production line comprises a material feeding device (1), a pipe cutting device (2) and a material discharging frame (3), which are sequentially arranged in a material conveying direction. The material discharging frame (3) is provided with a receiving and guide arm (301), a pipe conveying mechanism and a pipe blocking component (304), wherein the receiving and guide arm (301) can stretch out and draw back to receive and guide pipes on the pipe cutting device (2) to the pipe conveying mechanism; the pipe conveying mechanism is positioned between the receiving and guide arm (301) and the pipe blocking component (304); and the pipe blocking component (304) is arranged at a material output end of the material discharging frame (3). One side of the material output end of the material discharging frame (3) is provided with a telescopic support, pushing and aligning mechanisms, lifting tables (305), and a bundle transferring mechanism, wherein the pipe conveying mechanism can convey pipes, which are blocked by the pipe blocking component (304), to the telescopic support at one time; the pushing and aligning mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the telescopic support and can push the pipes on the telescopic support to align same; and the bundle transferring mechanism is arranged at a position close to the lifting tables (305), and is lower than supporting table surfaces of the lifting tables (305) when the bundle transferring mechanism is in operation.
