Abstract:
Disclosed is a pipe fitting for a pipeline connection, comprising a nut (3), a joint (1), an outer frustum (5) of the joint and a connection pipe horn mouth (7), wherein the nut (3) is provided with an inner taper hole (10), a clamping sleeve (8) is provided in the inner taper hole (10) of the nut for matching use, the clamping sleeve (8) is provided with a hollow sleeve hole, the bottom of the sleeve hole of the clamping sleeve is provided with an elastic groove (13), the sleeve hole of the clamping sleeve therein is provided with an inner taper hole of the clamping sleeve which is constituted by an inner cylindrical hole (14) of the clamping sleeve and a horn groove (15) of the inner taper hole of the clamping sleeve, a sleeve hole wall (19) of the clamping sleeve and an outer taper oblique plane (17) of the clamping sleeve constitute a taper oblique angle (18) of the clamping sleeve, the outer frustum (5) of the joint squeezes the inner cylindrical hole (14) of the clamping sleeve to realize a taper surface sealing, the outer frustum (5) of the joint squeezes the connection pipe horn mouth (7) in the horn groove (15) of the inner taper hole of the clamping sleeve to realize a horn groove sealing, and the inner taper hole (10) of the nut squeezes the clamping sleeve (8) so as to squeeze the connection pipe (9) to realize a clamping sleeve sealing. The pipe fitting for a pipeline connection has the features of convenient sealing connection, a low requirement for sealing process, a high sealing property, being able to be used for the connection of metal pipelines with low hardness, a thin wall and different materials, and complete interchangeability with a connecting nut of the prior art.
