Abstract:
An extra-thick portion in an elastic sleeve is prevented from being jammed between the peripheral end parts of a plurality of divided holders, and the plurality of divided holders are tightened using fastening members. A plurality of divided holders (3) are moved radially closer together by fastening members (4), whereby an elastic sleeve (2) contracts and deforms to create an extra-thick portion (2c). Even when the extra-thick portion (2c) displays a tendency to expand in between the peripheral end parts (3a) of peripherally adjacent divided holders (3) in accompaniment with the subsequent contraction and deformation of the elastic sleeve (2), the guide surfaces (5a) of a stopper member (5) come into contact in the radial direction from the outer side of the extra-thick portion (2c), whereby the expansion of the extra-thick portion (2c) is suppressed and the extra-thick portion (2c) is guided in the peripheral direction without coming between the peripheral end parts (3a) of the plurality of divided holders (3).
