The disadvantages of such well-known devices are high stepped resistance to the pumped over stream, which stipulates raised noise and low durability and reliability, related to the possibility of heating and inadvertent shift and removal of a pipe (hose), as well as loss of piping integrity, especially in case of the pressure pulsation availability and its pressure of up to 10 kgs/cm .

Summary of the Inventions

The technical task of the invention is an effective joint device for the pipework development and the joint devices range increase.

The technical result from the invention application is in exclusion of the stepped variation of the internal cross section in the casing and, thus, the reduction of the hydraulic losses and the temperature of the pumped over medium at its leakage through the casing, with simultaneous durability and reliability raising due to the installed hose fixing over the external and internal surfaces by means of concentrically located collet clamp and riffling (herringbone), and simultaneous simplification of the construction, manufacturability of plastics improvement, assembly technique simplification, and the installers' qualification requirements reduction. Thanks to this construction, the joint is carried out easy and quickly, and keeps the tightness at the pressure pulsation of up to 10 atmospheres durably.

The essence of the invention is in the fact that the pipe fitting contains a hollow casing with a hole for connection with a pump, with the exterior thread for a nut screwing on, and with a boring for a stepped hollow bushing with the band with larger outer diameter located in the mentioned boring of the casing, and the band with smaller outer diameter for the internal surface of the joint hose executed with the exterior riffling in the form of the combs, as well as the split ring of the collet clamp, executed in the stepped form with the cylindrical external surface and the cylindrical internal surface for the installation on the hose concentrically the band with the external riffling, and the nut shall be executed with the internal conical section for affecting the external surface of the split ring of the collet clamp and with the internal thread section for the screwing on the casing, and the last one is executed with the expanding channel between the boring for the stepped hollow bushing and the hole for the connection with the pump.

Besides, the casing from the side, opposite to the thread for the nut screwing on, is made with the internal thread of the hole for the connection with the pump.

It is preferably that the casing, the bushing, the split ring of the collet clamp and the nut shall be made of plastics, the external riffling in the form of triangular combs shall be made slantwise to the direction of the bushing band that has larger diameter, the bushing shall be installed until bumping in the boring of the casing , and the bushing bands shall be made with the external sealing rings, and the nut shall be made with the internal longitudinal ledges and with the cylindrical internal rim from the side, opposite to the casing.

Short description of drawings

The layer of fig.l shows the assembled pipe fitting, cut away side view, fig.2 - left-side elevation by fig.l, fig.3 - the external riffling, fig. 4 - the casing, fig.5 - the ring of the collet clamp.

The pipe fitting for the pipework joint contains hollow casing 1 with the external thread 2, executed at least from one side, for the nut 3 screwing on and with the boring 4 for the stepped hollow bushing, the band 5 with larger external diameter located in the boring 4 of the casing 1 , and the band 6 with smaller external diameter executed with the external riffling 7 in the form of triangular combs (with "herringbone" formation) for the internal surface of the jointed hose (without picture). The split ring 9 of the collet clamp is executed in the stepped form (ledge 8) with the cylindrical external surface and the cylindrical internal surface for the installation on the hose, concentrically to the band 6 with the external riffling 7. The nut 3 is made with the internal thread section 10 for its screwing on the casing 1, and the internal conical section 11 for affecting on the external surface of the split ring 9 of the collet clamp. The case 1 is made with the expanding conical (continuous), or stepwise expanding with several conical sections, channel 18 between the boring 4 (for the stepped hollow bushing with the bands 5, 6) and the hole with the thread 13 for connection with the pump (without picture).

All mentioned parts are made of plastics. In particular, the casing 1, the bushing with the bands 5, 6 of the collet clamp and the nut 3 are made cast of polypropylene, and the split ring 9 is of polyethylene.

The external riffling 7 in the form of the combs are made slantwise to the direction of the band 5 of the bushing, which has larger diameter.

The bushing is installed in the boring 4 of the casing 1 until bumping, by the band 5, and the bands 5, 6 of the bushing are equipped with the external rubber sealing rings 12. The length of the thread section 10 of the nut 3 is executed in bigger length of the external thread 2 of the casing 1.

The casing 1 is executed from one (internal) side with the thread 13, for connection with the pump (without picture).

As a rule, the nut 3 is executed with the internal longitudinal ledges 14 and with the cylindrical internal rim 15 from the side, opposite to the casing 1.

Preferred embodiment

The pipe fitting is applied as follows.

The putting on end of the hose shall be pulled up on the band 6 along the way of the riffling 7, which prevents its backward movement. The casing 1 may be preliminarily connected by the internal thread 13 (and by the intermediate means) with the pump. The band 5 of the bushing shall be input in the boring 4 of the casing 1, and the ring 9 of the collet clamp shall be put on the band 4 outside the hose, until bumping, in the ledge between the bands 5, 6 of the bushing. At that, the nut 3 shall rotate by means of the ledges 14. As a result, the nut 3 shall be connected with the casing 1 by means of the thread section 10 screwing on the thread 2 of the casing 1, crimping at that the ledge 8 of the ring 9 of the collet clamp by the internal conical section 1 1. Such structure of the pipe fitting ensures the possibility of the solid capture of the hose, which is captured between the riffling 7 from the internal side and the pressed ring 9 of the collet clamp, the surfaces of which cooperate with the conical surface 11 of the nut 3 during its screwing on the casing 1. Also, the bushing with the bands 5, 6 hermetically joints with the casing 1 by means of the sealing rings 12. The rim of the nut 3 guards the hose against breaking at the edge of the section, pressed between the band 6 of the bushing and the ring 9.

The expanding channel 18 availability in the casing 1 excludes sudden immediate change of the liquid resistance in case of the throat diameter changing, prevents turbulization, cavitation, and eddy zones and layers of different density of the pumped medium creation. So, the liquid heating and the noise reduce, and the local wearing of the casing 1 walls decreases.

As a result of the invention application, the exclusion of the stepped change of the flow cross-section in the casing 1 is provided, and, thus, the reduction of the hydraulic losses, the noise and the temperature of the pumped medium during its flowing though the casing 1 by the channel 18, with the durability and reliability simultaneous growth due to the installed hose fixing over the external and internal surfaces by means of the concentrically located collet clamp and riffling (herringbones), and the simultaneous simplification of the construction, manufacturability of plastics improvement, assembly technique simplification, and the installers' qualification requirements reduction. Thanks to this construction, the joint is carried out easy and quickly, and keeps the tightness at the pressure pulsation of up to 10 atmospheres durably.
