A pipe gallery explosion suppression method and apparatus. Flame and smoke signals are detected by using sensors, and different levels of alarm signals are configured by setting different detection thresholds, so that the targeted control of an explosion form is effectively implemented, and explosion arrestment and explosion suppression of gas explosion are effectively ensured. Moreover, also provided is a pipe gallery explosion suppression simulation experiment system, a pipeline apparatus is constructed to simulate the situation of a fire occurring in a pipe gallery, and the fire extinguishing condition of the explosion suppression apparatus is monitored to test an explosion suppression effect, thus providing effective experimental data for studying a suppression response event and effect of gas explosion in pipe gallery space.
