Abstract:
A pipe heater device wherein the number of welding processes which require high accuracy is small; the temperature of the installed pipe heater device can be controlled precisely in accordance with the installation site; large equipment, such as a water heating device or a pump is not necessary; the manufacturing cost and the cost for the entire equipment can be drastically reduced; the installation can be extremely easily performed; a periodical washing operation is not necessary, and the time for maintenance can be reduced; and a replacement operation can be easily performed, and a method for installing the same are provided. A groove (21) is formed in the outer surface of the lower side portion of a side wall (20) of a heat pipe (2) in which an operating fluid (4) is accumulated, along the entire length of the pipe. The groove (21) opens on the outer surface, and extends in the axial direction of the pipe. Further, a heater (3) is detachably attached to the groove (21), and the heat of the heater (3) is transferred to the operating fluid (4) in the pipe via the side wall (20).
