Abstract:
In order to realize the maintenance of permanent airtightness without periodic additional tightening by causing a pipe joint to exhibit self-sealing function, this pipe joint comprises a joint body 10 in which an insertion port 10a of a tube T is formed, and a nut member 20 externally fitted with the joint body 10 along an insertion direction of the tube T. A free end 12 of the insertion port 10a is throttled by tightening the nut member 20.
