A pipe joint locking device that can prevent a pipe joint from being erroneously loosened after tightening and in which sealing ability at a seal section of the pipe joint is not impaired even force rotating a pipe member is applied to it. The pipe joint locking device has a first structure member (11) and a second structure member (12). The first structure member (11) has an installation section (21) attached to an externally threaded joint member (2) such that the installation section is not rotatable relative to the joint member, a cover section (22) engaged from below to the outer perimeter surface of a cap nut (5), and a connection section (23) engaged from below to a pipe member (3). The second structure member (12) has a cover section (31) engaged from above to the outer perimeter surface of the cap nut (5) and a connection section (32) engaged from above to the pipe member (3). The connection section (23) of the first structure member (11) and the connection section (32) of the second structure member (12) are connected such that they are fixed to a portion (3a) projecting from the cap nut (5) of the pipe member (3).
