Abstract:
A pipe joint, comprising a shape having a stub side clearance (C) of 0.5-1.0 mm, a stub side thread angle ( theta ) of 15-60, the top and bottom faces of a thread positioned parallel with an axis, and a radius (R) at a male thread stub side corner of 1.0-1.25 mm, wherein a pin part having a tapered male screw formed in the end part outer peripheral surface of a tube is threaded with a box part having a tapered female screw threaded with the tapered male screw formed in the end part inner peripheral surface of the tube or a short tube, the taper of the incomplete thread part of the pin part being desirable to be 0.96-0.90 times the reference taper of the complete thread part.
