Abstract:
Provided is a pipe joint which is configured so that the retaining force with which the pipe joint retains a pipe can be increased using a confirmation member for confirming the engagement between a spool of the pipe and a suppression member.
When a confirmation member (16) is disposed at an engagement confirmation position, the inner peripheral surface (90A) of a bridge section (90) and the outer peripheral surface (62C) of an engagement section (62) are in surface contact with each other. As a result, the deformation of the engagement section (62), which causes the expansion of the opening (62A) of the engagement section (62), is suppressed, thereby suppressing the disengagement between a spool (200A) and the engagement section (62). That is, the retaining force with which the pipe joint (10) retains the pipe (200) can be increased using a confirmation member (16) for confirming the engagement between the spool (200A) of the pipe (200) and the engagement section (62).
