Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a joint body; a cap member; a back-side lock ring disposed on the back side of the joint body, and a front-side lock ring located on the front side of the joint body; and a tine-abutment ring. The lock rings are housed in a space surrounded by a locking surface of the joint body, a pressing surface of the cap member, and an inner surface of the joint body, and are configured so that the lock-ring tines lock against the outer-peripheral surface of a pipe piece pressed thereinto, restricting the pipe piece from being pulled out. The tine-abutment ring is disposed on the front side of the tines in the back-side lock ring, and has a tine-abutment surface that with the tines on the back-side lock ring having been deformed toward the front, abuts on the tines from the front side. The tines on the back-side lock ring extend radially inward of the tine-abutment surface. The tine-abutment ring is housed in a state permitting slipping movement radially within the annular space.
