A pipe module-type plant cultivation device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body unit including a rectangular frame vertically erected on the ground; a plant unit including one or more plant boxes which are disposed in the body unit to be vertically spaced apart from each other, have soil contained therein, and have air circulation spaces formed in the lower ends thereof; nutrient solution modules which are installed in the plant boxes and at which an external irrigation system disposed on the surface of soil and an underground irrigation system disposed at the lower side in the soil are connected and installed, so that a nutrient solution is supplied thereto; oxygen modules which are installed in the plant boxes and are disposed in the soil to be connected and installed under the underground irrigation system in a plurality of rows; and drainage modules which are installed in the plant boxes, are disposed in the air circulation spaces, and collect a nutrient solution to discharge same therefrom, wherein the nutrient solution modules are formed in two stages so that a nutrient solution is simultaneously and uniformly supplied to the inside and outside of the soil, and the air circulation spaces are formed under the soil so that internal air is circulated.
