Abstract:
Disclosed is a pipe processing device, comprising a supporting means (2), a horizontal movement means, a first lifting means (7), a second lifting means (80), a turning means (6), a telescopic means (70), a horizontal movement hydraulic cylinder (3), an adjustment hydraulic cylinder (9), a manipulator (10), and an elevator (11). The horizontal movement means is connected to the supporting means (2). The first lifting means (7) is connected to the supporting means (2). The turning means (6) is connected to the supporting means (2). The telescopic means (70) is connected with the turning means (6). The horizontal movement hydraulic cylinder (3) is connected to the telescopic means (70). The adjustment hydraulic cylinder (9) is connected to the telescopic means (70) and the manipulator (10). The manipulator (10) is connected to the telescopic means (70). The elevator (11) is connected to the second lifting means (80). The second lifting means (80) drives the elevator (11) to lift up and place down pipes. Pipes are arranged by the manipulator (10) under the action of the adjustment hydraulic cylinder (9), the horizontal movement hydraulic cylinder (3), the turning means (6), the first lifting means (7), and the horizontal movement means. The pipe processing device achieves the purposes of reducing the costs and improving the efficiency.
