Abstract:
A pipeline crushing device for calcium propionate production. The pipeline crushing device comprises a pipe body (10), a base (11), a discharging port (28), and a feeding port (27); the discharging port (28) is formed in the bottom of the rear side of the pipe body (10); an extending plate (12) is mounted on a front side wall of the base (11); the right side of the top of the extending plate (12) is provided with a pre-crushing and drying box (16); the feeding port (27) is formed in the right side of the interior of the pre-crushing and drying box (16); the left side of the interior of the pre-crushing and drying box (16) is provided with an air outlet (15); a left end of the air outlet (15) is communicated with an upper surface of the extending plate (12) provided on the outer side of the pre-crushing and drying box (16); the interior of the pipe body (10) is provided with a conveying belt (20); the surface of the conveying belt (20) is provided with a plurality of rolling tooth grooves (21); the inner top of the pipe body (10) is provided with a sliding rail (25); a sliding block (24) is slidingly connected inside the sliding rail (25); the lower side of the sliding block (24) is provided with a drive box (23); a bottom end of the drive box (23) is provided with a rolling wheel (22); the rolling wheel (22) is mutually engaged with the rolling tooth grooves (21). The pipeline crushing device for calcium propionate production uses pre-crushing and rolling crushing, is high in precision, good in quality, and high in efficiency, and facilitates popularization and use.
