Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of energy saving and emission reduction of auxiliary equipment for wall assembly construction, and provided thereby are a pipeline device for assembled modular fixed composite plates and a method of using the same. An assembly line device for assembled modular fixed composite plates, comprising a bracket frame (1) which is a cubic groove with an upward opening, wherein the device also comprises an annular conveyor belt (2), a plate feeding placer (3), a side conveyor belt (4), a drawing device (5) and a controller (6). The annular conveyor belt (2) is annular, and a rotation plane and a horizontal plane of the annular conveyor belt (2) are perpendicular to each other; the bracket frame (1) is rotatably arranged on the annular conveyor belt (2) in turn; the plate feeding placer (3) is provided directly above one end of the annular conveyor belt (2), and the side conveyor belt (4) is provided on one side of the other end of the annular conveyor belt (2); and the drawing device (5) is provided on one side of the side conveyor belt (4). The assembly line device for composite plates is simple in structure, convenient in use and strong in adaptability.
