Abstract:
A pipeline operating state detection apparatus. The detection apparatus is provided with a vibration detection unit (2), a temperature detection unit (7), a signal detection unit (1) and a humidity detection unit (6), which are respectively connected to a signal processing unit (3), and the signal processing unit (3) is connected to an RS485 interface (4), and is provided with an independent power source (5). The signal detection unit (1) is composed of conductors, and the conductors are uniformly distributed on a carrier body, wherein the carrier body is made of an insulating material (8), and can envelop a pipe (9). The vibration detection unit (2), the humidity detection unit (6) and the temperature detection unit (7) are closely attached to an outer wall of the pipe (9). The apparatus can detect the operating state of a pipeline in real time, and when the pipeline is subjected to abnormal problems, such as external force destruction, corrosion perforation, etc., the problems can be found in time, thereby improving the response speed of an on-site problem, and reducing the loss caused by the leakage. The apparatus just performs routing inspection of an abnormal point, thereby reducing the labor intensity of a worker, and can also determine whether the pipeline is in a conveying state and master the operating condition of a conveying device.
