Disclosed is a pipeline support device for highways and bridges, comprising a baseboard (1), wherein a first cross-bar (2) is provided above the baseboard (1), the front and rear ends of the first cross-bar (2) are respectively fixed to a V-shaped shelf (3), and a retaining device is provided above the baseboard (1); the front and rear ends of the first cross-bar (2) are respectively hinged to a first connecting rod (5), the other end of each of the first connecting rods (5) is hinged to a respective retaining plate (4), and the downward movement of the first cross-bar (2) drives, via the first connecting bars (5), the retaining plates (4) on two sides to synchronously move in opposite directions; adjusting plates (6) located just below the retaining device are connected above the baseboard (1), a vertical rod (7) is provided on the first cross-bar (2), the lower end of the vertical rod passes through the adjusting plate (6), and a first spring (8) is provided between the vertical rod (7) and the adjusting plate (6); and the downward movement of the first cross-bar (2) compresses the first spring (8), the left and right sides of each adjusting plate (6) are fixed to a respective second connecting rod (9), and the upper end of each second connecting rod (9) is respectively hinged to the first connecting rod (5) on the corresponding side.
