Abstract:
Provided is a pipeline supporting structure for unmanned ship pipeline maintenance, comprising a lower-end guide rail (200), an upper-end guide rail (300), a pipe seat assembly, a trolley component (400), and a pipeline lifting assembly (500). The lower-end guide rail (200) comprises a pair of tubular guide rail components (202) that are maintained parallel to each other by means of multiple tubular transverse pieces (204). The tubular guide rail component (202) is provided with two ends (206, 208) with upward angles. A diagonal crossing component (210) is connected to a pair of center components, so as to provide additional structural integrity relative to the lower-end guide rail. The upper portion guide rail (300) comprises a pair of parallel beams (302). A bottom face of an end cap plate (304) is welded to a cylindrical side plate (320), and the cylindrical side plate (320) corresponds to the lower portion guide rail (200) on a lower part of a cylindrical side plate (220). Repair of submarine pipelines can be completed by adopting the pipeline supporting frame for unmanned ship maintenance and proper auxiliary equipment, without requiring personnel allocation, and the pipelines do not need to be lifted onto an unmanned ship for pretreatment, saving time and economic costs.
