Abstract:
This piping evaluation device is provided with: an infrared image acquisition unit that acquires an infrared image which is obtained by photographing a monitoring region including heat-insulated piping in a plant; a gas leakage detection unit that specifies a leakage point of gas on the basis of the infrared image acquired by the infrared image acquisition unit and that calculates the gas leakage rate; a gas leakage management unit that manages transition of the gas leakage rate at the leakage point; a soundness evaluation unit that evaluates the soundness of the heat-insulated piping on the basis of the transition of the gas leakage rate; and a display control unit that displays the result of evaluation performed by the soundness evaluating unit as well as the infrared image.
