Abstract:
A construction method for forming an opening in a pipe, said method comprising: a step in which a pipe is enclosed in a case divided in the circumferential direction R of the pipe; a thin skin formation step in which the outer surface of the pipe is cut with a cutting tool arranged inside the case, thereby forming in the pipe a groove having a bottom formed of a thin skin; and a suctioning step for removing cutting debris generated by the cutting, by suctioning the debris together with a gas inside the case. After the thin skin formation step and the suctioning step have been carried out, the thin skin is broken to form an opening.
