Abstract:
Provided is a piston assembly used for an automobile brake caliper, belonging to the technical field of automobile parts. The invention solves the problem of excessive wear of existing screws. The piston assembly comprises a piston body (1) and a screw (2) extending into the piston body; a moving block (3) fixedly connected to the screw is arranged in the piston body; the moving block and the screw are fixedly connected by means of a threaded post (4) which penetrates the moving block in the axial direction and penetrates into the screw; an oil storage cavity (5) is transversely provided on the bottom end surface of the screw; the oil storage cavity is sealed by means of the threaded post; a plurality of oil outlet holes (6) are evenly distributed and in communication with the oil storage cavity on the outer peripheral wall of the screw located at the oil storage cavity; two oil storage chambers (7) are transversely disposed on the bottom end surface of the threaded post; the upper end surface of the threaded post is transversely provided with an oil injection hole (8); a sealed oil injection mechanism (9) is arranged at the oil injection hole in the threaded post; a retaining ring sleeve (10) is also arranged in the threaded post. The piston assembly has the advantages of lubrication and reduced wear.
