Abstract:
Provided is a piston ring (20) comprising a low-pressure-side ring (21) having a low-pressure-side abutment (21a) and a high-pressure-side ring (22) having a high-pressure-side abutment (22a), the low-pressure-side junction (21a) and the high-pressure-side ring (22) being disposed overlapping each other in a direction along an axis (X) such that the high-pressure-side ring (22) is close to a fluid to be compressed, the low-pressure-side junction (21a) having formed therein a low-pressure-side rotation-restricting part that restricts rotation in a circumferential direction (CD) with respect to a piston, the high-pressure-side ring (22) having formed therein a high-pressure-side rotation-restricting part (22b) that restricts rotation in the circumferential direction (CD) with respect to the piston and a low-pressure-side protrusion 22c that protrudes toward the low-pressure-side ring (21) and is inserted into the low-pressure-side abutment (21a), and the low-pressure-side protrusion (22c) being inserted into the low-pressure-side abutment (21a) such that a gap is provided between the low-pressure-side protrusion (22c) and the low-pressure-side ring (21) on both sides in the circumferential direction (CD).
