Abstract:
A piston type controllable switching device, comprising a circular ring shaped corrugated roller (5), a plurality of radially arranged vacuum ring grooves (2) provided in the length direction of an outer ring surface of the corrugated roller (5), an air exhaust port (6) provided in the middle position of an inner ring of the corrugated roller (5), the lower end of the air exhaust port (6) being connected to the inner bore (8) of the corrugated roller (5); a plurality of axial through-holes (7) are provided evenly along the peripheral direction in the ring grooves between the outer ring and the inner ring, each through-hole (7) being connected to the vacuum ring grooves (2) and the air exhaust port (6); a left piston (1) and a right piston (3) are respectively provided on both sides inside the through-holes (7); a screw rod (4) runs axially through the left piston (1) and the right piston (3); and the left side and right side surfaces of the screw rod (4) respectively have a first thread part (4-1) and a second thread part (4-2) formed. The device can adjust the number of ventilation holes on the corrugated roller according to the corrugated paper to be produced.
