Abstract:
A piston type energy-saving dust collecting system includes a piston type dust
collector (201), a heat exchanger (202), a heat radiator (208) and a dust collecting
pool (209). The piston type dust collector transmits the flue dust into said heat
exchanger (202), making said flue dust exchange heat with the ambient air through
the helical type air pipe (203). The heated air is transmitted into the burner
(206) so as to increase the temperature of the air blown into the burner (206),
increase the temperature of the burner (206) and save energy. After decreasing
the temperature of the flue dust, the flue dust is transmitted into said heat radiator
(208) and the temperature of said flue dust is further decreased. Then the flue
dust is sent into the dust collecting pool (209). Finally, the flue dust enters
the funnel (2010) through the pipeline and is discharged from the funnel (2010).
